Backyard Discovery Cedar Chateau Playhouse

The Backyard DiscoveryCedar Chateau Playhouse has provided my daughter hours of enjoyment. She loves her “Playhouse” and has cooked endless meals, answered the phone, and pressed the doorbell thousands of times. Our daughter is 2 years old and she is very happy with her playhouse. Features- – Rot resistant cedar wood – Clock hanging on the wall – Phone – Stove – Sink – Side lemon stand/ picnic stand – Bay windows – Doorbell – Cedar countertop Building – If at all possible this is a two person assembly – in some areas you will struggle trying to assemble by yourself – Total time to assemble – 6-8 man hours – working together two people can probably do it in 4 hours – Will be a challenge if you are a very large person – some of the assembly is done inside the playhouse – Many of the holes need to be pre-drilled the cedar is very split prone – The directions are poor – the screws and parts are labeled but not very clearly – A few of the assemblies needed to be reinforced and were not sturdy out-of-the-box – Make sure you have a good cordless screw-driver / driver Final Verdict – The Backyard Discovery Winchester Playhouse is the perfect playhouse for our daughter – she really could not be happier. While the assembly was not something I enjoyed I do realize that we will get many years of play out of this playhouse 4 1/2 Stars

The playhouse has a built-in gas station, a built-in tire station, a removable stop sign, a traffic light, a working elevator, and a parking deck with helicopter launch pad.
